At Restful Sleep, they believe in the universal right to consistent sleep. They offer individual coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), and embodiment techniques to help clients achieve regular, restful sleep.
I redesigned their brand identity, crafted website assets, and developed social media templates. To distinguish Restful Sleep from competitors, I integrated playful elements and charming hand-drawn illustrations, giving the brand a unique and inviting character. The refreshed Restful Sleep brand now embodies a fresh, approachable, and playful vibe.
