The State of UX Hiring report provides a comprehensive analysis of the current landscape in UX hiring. Drawing on the expertise of over 500 UX professionals and hiring managers, the report delves into the evolving trends within the UX profession and sheds light on the skills, qualifications, and attributes that are most valued in today's competitive market.

As the first major project to showcase the refreshed UX Design Institute branding, the challenge was to take a data-rich report and transform it into a visually engaging, accessible, and compelling experience. We developed a distinctive sub-brand that brought clarity, personality, and impact to the content—turning complex insights into a seamless and enjoyable read.

I collaborated with another designer at the UX Design Institute, focusing on visual concepts, the overall mini-report brand, layout design, illustrations, and the creation of some of the infographics.
